Crushed ice..

Hey All.. Ya know I rarely use crushed ice anymore with my bong. It just seems to be a bit of a hassel. Usually, fresh cold filtered water does the trick. I crushed up some ice for the hell of it tonight.. Makes the hits much smoother, than even ya had solid cubes in there

Don't remember if I had a point to this.. But hope everyone here at the city has a very stoned night

Oh yeah, crushed ice. I like Sonics ice. It's the best crushed ice ever and I'll use it for my bongs.

I've never used ice. Only ever used cold filtered water from the fridge. Is ice better or what's the difference?

It's a lot better. It looks like smoke but it feels like air. I am stoned and I love ice in my bongs.

Ice is the way to go... A bong of mine before it broke

had an ice catcher so you could fill it with water then have the shaft full of ice.... mmm now that was good... no other way to do it.

A friend of money has a 3 footer with an ice catcher and it is awesome! We always fill it with ice cubes all the way to the top and take monster rips out of it. I fall on my ass when I take hits with it cause I keep inhaling on the hit even though i'm outta breath.

Yep, thats got an ice catcher too

I think it's funny when I hand it to someone that hasn't seen it before. They all think that the three indentations for the icecatcher are somehow 3 rush holes

It doesn't fail to amazing me..lol..

Ya thats the way to do it ice makes all my throat problems go away... the amount you can smoke goes up its great....

I use ice cold water, and ice in my 2 foot bong, as it it has an ice catcher. I think i can get about six large cubes of ice in there. Yesterday i tested using carbonated water, i acutually really enjoyed it, it gave the smoke an nice sort of bubbly kick, aswell as inhaling the air from the carbonated water. Im definitly gonna try using more sparkling/carbonated water next time i use my 2 footer.

Ice is surely fantastic, I'm ordering the 34 cm Icebong from the city soon here, it'll be so nice. What I really love though is snow, last time it snowed I just scooped my home-made bong in the snow and filled the chamber all the way pretty much. Then I think I just hit it dry but the smoke was so good, didn't need any water.

Ya know, I gotta say though, that I've found it actually takes away from the hit by filling most of the chamber with ice. Sure you'll get a cooler hit, but it'll be much smaller. Theres a fine line you have to find where you can get the smoke cool, and not give up chamber space, for a big hit.. Ya know what I'm talkin about?

Edit: On the other hand, you'll still be able to take more smaller hits, so I guess it really doesn't matter. But I just like a big hit

Not if you can handle still pulling after some smoke has already hit your mouth/throat/lungs.
