Awesome Simple Bong

If any of you remember, I recently got busted and had to go covert for a while.

Today, my house was empty and I had 3 hours of pure toking freedom! I didn't put it to waste either. I wrote this to kind of tell the story of my day and to kind of explain how to make a really simple bong. I've seen alot of bongs like this posted on this forum, and they really work well.

I started by making a hole in a glass bottle (Mine was a blue bottle with lots of bumps, a great energy drink called Bawls) with a Dremmil tool. The bottle cracked, but I ran strips of duct tape around to to hold it together.

The bottle is about 7.5 inches high and 1.75 inches in diameter with a narrow top. This is a pretty rare drink around here, so if it is like that everywhere else here is a picture. Look into getting some!

I made the stem out of a plastic pencil tube. I love using pencil tubes because they are cheap and easy to destroy. I taped a socket (i forget the size, maybe 1/4 inch?) to the end to form a bowl head, and inserted a screen. I put the stem in the bottle, and used duct tape to make a seal. It was really sharp looking, except for the gray tape. Next time I'll get some blue duct tape.

I have only smoked out of a bong when drunk at a party, they are too impractical for my everyday use. Since I was drunk, I didn't really remember the experience.

My bong hit very smoothly, and the ghetto rigged plastic stem held together fine until I finished the bowl out. I got huge hits from it, which makes it easier to get stoned from. I decided to pack it pretty tight, so I managed 8 strong hits. I coughed plenty.

Afterwards, I was pretty high. I estimated it would have taken at least twice as many pipe hits to match this feeling. With the bong, it seemed like I was inhaling forever. I took apart my new friend, threw the now browned plastic stem in the trash with the tape, hid the socket, and returned the bottle to my room. I have 4 on my shelf because they look so cool, and it's turned so I can't see the hole. Next time I need to use it, I'll tape on another stem and fire it up.

If you lack the means to get or store a bong like I do, then I highly recommend this! It is a break from the throat burning pipes I am used to.

lol I remember the first time I drank that shit was at a friends house, and I liked it. He said he got it at Schnucks so the next day I go there looking..couldn't find it anywhere. So I had to go up to one of the people and ask if they sold Bawls there, he laughed and showed me. Best name for an energy drink, haha
