Alright guys, i thought it wouldnt happen but my smokin has come to a cease..I do not know how long, but it aint pretty.

Ive been smokin everyday for a while now and just on thusday, me and my boy were blazing. And i guess my dad realized my eyes were a lil red, when i saw him a little later.

So on friday, my dad told me he wanted to speak to me bout something. I wasnt really sure what, but i figured it probably had to do with herb. SO he told me that we would speak later.
A few mins later, me and my brother were goin to school and he told me that my mom asked him if i smoked. He said he didnt know. So i figured i may aswell just tell them, cause the questions were gonna come anyways.

So i called my mom, asked her what was goin on, she said nothing, so i just said is this shit thats going on about pot? And she said ya, so i just told them that i smoked and shit, not a lot---just on weekends.

So i came home, spoke to my mom and my dad. They told me they were upset and shit. Pissed i was "on drugs". But they were mainly just concerned with the legal issues: having a criminal record if caught and they were also worried about it leading to other drugs.

I told them the whole deal: im more comfortable with pot then alcohol, i feel in control when im on it, i dont want to do any harder drugs(which is true, and i know i wont do anything more then herb[maybee shrooms] i dunno...buts its similar to most of us not wanting to do heroin, you know? i hope)

But ofcorse they are annoying parents and they said they wanted me to stop. They took my car away, keys, registration all that. They are probably gonna do random drug testing, (i know they were talking about it).
And dudes, on saturday, i went to my car to get all my shit out. I had a back pack in there with my bowl, my bubbler, my eigth of haze, 3 g's of dro, my friends bowl,---mad nice shit. So i go to get it, and nothing is in there!!! They searched my car, took all my shit. Took a 24oz can of budwieser i had in the trunk.

ahh its so sad guys. I love mary jane, and im just so pissed cause they are fucking up with my prime smokin days right here.

I need my car, need my herb, need to pass a drug test, and ehh w/e. I guess i need to get drunk too.

But now, i think im playing it smart and im just being on really good terms with them. Like we arent fighting, we are talking, n ot yelling. And just being very peaceful. am i doing anything right???? wtf???

I agree. If the situation doesn't improve ASAP (ie. within 48 hours), move the hell out and make sure you announce why.

When i also used to read posts like these i also said to myslef that nothing would stop me from smoking but yo..

They are going to randomly drug test me. If they see im doing it they won t let me drive. With out a car, shit just fuckin blows. Cant go anywhere without asking mommy or daddy for a ride. GAY (dont have anything wrong with gay people)

And i would move out, but having my parents pay for everything is a good deal, even my herb. Well not any more.

If i smoke and they know, i would just have such a bad relationship with my parents and i dunno, cant really afford that.

If you're over 18 and you still live with your parents for any reason other than you're going to college full time, then maybe they're right, and you shoudl lay off the drugs for a while.

Also... if you're over 18 and they take your car away... what is that? I dunno man, I'd be embarassed as shit if my parents gave me a hard time after I was 18.

Luckily, since I've turned 18 they;ve been great about everything. I've moved out to live at school, and I only go home for the month in the winter, and 3 months in the summer.

I'm pretty sure they know I smoke. But they respect that I do well in school, and that I'm smart enough not to get caught. I don't smoke in their house. I don't even usually come back high, unless I know they're sleeping. Mutual respect. Most of it comes from the fact that I do well in school.

Moving out is a lot harder than just walking out and "annoucing why."

i say...smoke...get caught...let em see they cant stop u just with that...maybe they wont even check with a drug test...if they do screw it..u need to point out the positives...and relate it to somthin thats not "socially acceptable" that they do...smokin ciggs, drink alot of liquor, eat alot....help them see it in a light of their own....non-herb smokers are really narrow minded about the facts bro
