So here it is ...

I was chilling with two friends I have not seen in about a year last night smoking some really good haze. After we smoked the haze we went and got some beers and we parked in a spot these two other kids called a safe spot.

So I am sitting in the front seat behind the wheel, I guzzle down two Natural Ices and a shot of Henney. Next thing I know I see a patty waggon making its way towards me and the two kids are getting ready to jump out of the car and run. But we are all piss drunk and high and just sit there. The cops come up to the car, they tell me I am so hammered it's a joke, they open the doors, they find a 12-Case of Natural Ice, to OE 40s, two Corona 22s, and a bottle of Henney. They also find a dime bag of haze and a half smoked blunt.

They tell me either that I can get arrested for DWI for being drunk while behind the wheel, even though I was not driving, or I could call my Mom to pick me up. Then he told me to get out of the car and I got out and something happened that never happened before ... I was standing there and then I just collapsed and had a seizure. It was nuts, all I remember is my head busting against the ground. Then I got up like it was perfectly fine and maybe twenty seconds later I dropped again and had another one. The cop was like "are you on medication?" I said no. Then the cop was like "I am going to let you guys go ..." and he says to my two friends "make sure you walk him home to sleep this off."

So the cops left. But then I noticed my wallet was gone. I am bugging out about that. I remember slightly that they asked for my licsence, I pulled it out of my wallet and tossed my wallet on the passenger seat. The cops never looked in the front of the car, only the back. After they left my friend went back to get his phone and maybe he grabbed it and has it right now. I hope that is the case.

I had a good ammount of money in there that I need, and some other stuff. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but it sucks.

Last night was bugged out.

You don't understand what we got away with ... it's insane. We had a total of over 232 ounces of beer and liquor, weed, a rolled blunt, I was drunk behind the wheel looking at a DWI ... I am 19, the other two kids were 16 ... all underage.

And all that happened is that they took the Henney, they left the beer for us. So we took the beer and walked where this kid picked us up and he drove me back to my car and the other two kids left with him. I slept in my car for a few hours and left home.

All I need now is my wallet.

but good deal... one time me and a few friends were smoking a blunt on a park bench, it was our third, and these two plain clothes guys come up and flash a badge, and tell us thier cops, they take out blunt, then they each take a hit, and tell us to ge thte fuck out of the park, they kept the blunt

one of my friends pointed out that they might not have been cops, but just 2 guys with fake badges for whenever that type of oppertunity arises... i was just happy i didnt get my parents called or nuthin...

Hahaha ... yeah, it was definatley fucked up. I have no clue what happened. I am having trouble remembering everything that happened last night. But I think I know why I had the seizure ... I just don't want to start listing things I've taken in the past 24 hours that may have caused that.

And you know what the cop did ... he spilled a beer in the car on purpose. He opened it and spilled it out on the floor. So my Mom this morning was like "why does my car smell like beer?" It was crazy ... I told her the kid in the back seat spilled a beer he was drinking.

I am bugging out bad though ... I do not need a DWI.

I called the kid back I thought might have taken it and he was at a party, but his Dad told me he didn't mention a wallet and he looked in his room and didn't see it. So I am bugging out even more. Unless this kid has the wallet on him, then it's almost certain the cops took it. And if they took it ... then it SUCKS for me. I am about to bug out and leave, just take off.

They sound like pretty messed up cops. Yeah, they let you off which is awesome but they took some shit from you, possibly you wallet, and spilled a beer on purpose in your car.

Now that is just fucking stupid of the cop. I'm not saying he should have busted you, I'm saying he sees you, on drugs, drunk out of your mind, and you're having SEIZURES.... What he did was stupid. He should have arranged for you a ride, called an ambulance, taken you to the ER or something, but that is just irresposible. You could have died.

Sounds like you're ALL underage, not just you're friends.

Yeah ... this is New York though. Cops don't care ... who cares if I could have died? They don't want to take the time to fill out countless paperwork on a siezure and everything.

Fyi drinkin in parkin lots is a bad idea, next time go to a friends house to get hammered. Cops drive thru parking lots all the time.

not really dude, if they can say that you were gonna use the car then they can bust you for dwi. Its a crappy law, but just being behind the wheel of a car and drunk makes it reason to believe you were gonna drive drunk and then your screwed.

Yes, I had two seziurs ... I was on the ground shaking violently. So bad that my arm and hand are scraped up pretty bad and my head hurts from it hitting against the ground.

Also ... it was a safe spot we were in. I never said we were in a parking lot ... we were pulled off the side of the road in an extremely quiet neighborhood. It was dark, and the only car who passed through after 20 minutes was the police.

I don't even know what to say man thats a pretty messed up situation. I highlight doubt cops would let you go and sed you some shit later, that's highly unlikely. I bet you just misplaced your wallet, I mean you were obviously really fucked up.... I do it all the time! But you are lucky as hell that they didnt bust you man. Count your blessings. Although I hope you werent gonna get really trashed and stoned and then drive man............. not cool. But yeah just be careful from now on. I wouldn't worry about gettin in trouble, I don't think it's going to happen. Your wallet will turn up.
