smoking and usage

I see all these people talking about cooking with weed. And I am wondering when you cook the weed, is the only thing you take from it the butter you cook it in. Since the butter absorbs the THC from the weed, do you just throw away the weed and use the butter? If so would I be able to use the THC Butter in rice crispy treats and get a good high? Would it be just like making brownies. Also how much weed should I use? Thanks....Smoke 0n

wait i wanan amke ome to... i use midgrade hydro. how much owld i need to make some treats. like do i make the butter with weed, then use the weed-buttter for the rice crisp treats?

just buy some marshmellows, and rice krispy treats (derr), and the margrine (butta) Cook the weed in the butta and then substitute the THC butta in the directions. It's easy as hell, but one question. The direction calls for 3 tbs of butter, is that too little to get high? should I up it alot and have really buttery rice crispy treats?

i would say that should be enough, as long as its a relatviely small batch. Then I would keep the weed in there, as it won't change anything and then you get all of your THC

funny, my mom uses two sticks when she makse rice crispy treats, only one stick if making peanut butter rice crispy treats. I'd say you'd want to use *at least* an 1/8 in a batch of treats, but I'd be more likely to go ahead and stick a 1/4 or more in there if you can afford it.

sounds cool as hell, but i cant picture weed improving the taste of the rice crispy treats. haha

haha yeah, i made butter once, and decided i was just gonna put it on some toast because i'm too lazy to cook anything that takes extended amounts of effort, and i had a limited amount of time to do my cookin and clean up without any evidence. It was up there on my worst tasting things ever list (yes its really called that). It was one of those tastes where every once in awhile another taste or smell will remind you of it, and make you sick to your stomache. I have the same problem after drinking anything harder than beer, I drank before thanksgiving, and everytime i got a whiff of cranberry sauce i got the taste of jack daniels in my mouth

i love alcohol.. but i love pot more... but both are fun! i can take anything you put in front of me (alcohol) and can just drink it like pop.. my whole family like is full of alcoholics.. kinda sux... but i cant beat them... all of them... so i guess i must join them.. but i can controll it somewhat
