Half Baked Ideas - found bong

I found a HBI bong earlier this summer... It's cool as hell, barely feels like your takingg a hit, it's smooth... it's got three chambers, it kinda reminds me of a train or something... i looked at their website, and they've got one that sorta looks like it for like 50$.........yeaa, I don't know remember what I was talkin about... i mean the point...well it's cool anyway, that i got a piece they don't selll anymore, plus they're outta buisness, lol. Anyways, it's a god bong.. oh yea, plus it was caked with great resin, so the weed musta been the shit!

It's acrylic. Yea, I found it (free). I don't have a pic of mine, but the closest one I could find is:


Mine looks alot better though... The base is green, and the rest has a green tint to it, and it also had a green liquid in it (food coloring/water combo?). Mine's got four hoses in total, one on each side, two coming from each chamber... And the middle chamber isn't attatched onto the angled part, but is slanted and on the flat base like the main slanted chamber. And the bottom of the two right chambers are squared.
I've never found a picture of the one I have... So I guess it's pretty rare.

Alrighty then! I finally have a picture of my bong! here it is:
(I know, it's still gotta be cleaned, and the water's been evaporating from not being used since I last tried to clean it and refilled it)


The reason it took so long for a pic... I "bought" a digital camera a few years ago, but I thought I broke it because I couldn't get it to work after I took one or two pictures with it. I tried many times... so I eventually set it in my drawer for about a year and a half, then the other day I was talking with my sister (she's into photography) and she said something about a camera and I remembered mine. So, I gave it to her and within 5 minutes of it being in her hands she fixed it!! lol, oh well it's hers now.

So anyways, I asked her if I could borrow her camera for a day or so, and I remembered this thread so I took a picture of the bong I found last year.

That looks like a fun bong to use. Being free is great too. I would suggest getting a rubber mouth guard though.

Thats nice, but that would be so fucking easy to make. Working with acrylic is simple. And you can buy acrylic tubes. Also, folding acrylic like that is easy. Hell... maybe I'll go into the acrylic bong making business.

It's hard to tell in the picture, but the dark parts are actually green.

Yeah it's great, I usually fill the first chamber the smoke passes through with crushed ice... feels cool holding it ice cold. I've got a rubber mouth piece for my other bong, I don't think it'll fit this one though because this one has thicker plastic... but it's got a rounded and smooth mouthpiece, so it's not really needed though.


Yeah I was just out hunting with a friend, and when we parked the car at some campsite, we got out smoked a bowl, and I was sitting on the hood of the car just looking around and saw something reflect the sun back at me, so I went to check it out and low and behold it was just sitting there up against a little cottonwood tree a few feet from the campfire. I was like "Yeah! right on, check out what I just found..." and when he saw it, he got a really confused look on his face like he forgot where we were and wtf this bong came from. I gave him the bowl from it since he had a pipe that was missing one, and I wouldn't have found it if he didn't drive there, but I bought back from him for a buck a few weeks later since the brass looked better on it than a silver one did.

There were some fresh tire tracks (RV) there too, so I stashed the bong by the front seat and tossed my jacket over it in case they came back while we were gone... but I think they were probably tourists and they weren't gonna drive all the way back to get their bong by the time they realize they don't have it anymore, and have no idea where it is even. Before we went out into the woods, we scraped the stem and got a shit load of resin out of it, set it on the car hood to dry, then toked up and were seriously baked.

Yeah you could probably make one, but I wouldn't want it to not be clear... although you can buy clear tubing, it does cost more. Yeah, make it a business for yourself and start selling through grasscity's shop..

You can get acrylic in many colors. Whether it be tube, sheets or various objects. You can get UV reactive colors as well. Maybe I'll do that... *shrug* Ya never know.

ohh damn! I am getting UV reactive dye for the watercooling in my computer soon . . . when I make bongs I should bust out my 18" blacklight and put a few drops of dye in the water. That would be sick, I bet the smoke glows purple too, since it's white.
