Sensi Star Pickup - *Photos and Review* <>~

I picked up two new strains this weekend, Sensi Star and Green Crack (post later) from another dealer while my grower is drying his buds.

My review: (Grade from 1-10; 10 being the best)

Strain: Sensi Star
Type: Mostly Indica

Taste: 8.4 - Spicy flavor on the exhale that is accompanied by a fruity taste.

Smell: 7.9 - An earthy smell fills the bag from this tasty strain. Unique smell.

Appearance: 7.5 - Light brownish orange hairs with light to medium green leaves. Looks appealing. A couple more leaves than I would have planned. I just wasn't really overtaken by the appearance of this one. I have had better looking Sensi Star nugs, oh well tastes better than it looks; sounds good to me.

Initial high: 8.2 - Very powerful Indica high. I felt a little clumbsy while baked on this one, although I was still able to contain myself. Quick and without warning.

High: 8.2 - High stayed constant throughout. Would be great for headaches.

Overall: 8.0 - I would normally give this strain an 8.7, but I gave these nugs a lower score due to the fact that although it is still dank, its just not as good as my last Sensi Star pickup. It seemed to keep up with the same high experience as I last remember, and I would like to snag this up again pretty soon.

Yeah the shitty thing is that since I went outside my normal growers I picked up an eighth of this and it was 2.6. Last I checked an eighth was 3.5. Ill never buy from him again. Ive been toking long enough to know that there is no reason to really bitch about it (even though it pisses me off) b/c nothing will come of it. Ill just chalk it up as a lesson and a loss.

Getting shorted is so insulting. I'd call him on it bro, you may not get comp'd, but the guy needs to know you know at least. It will make him think twice before he does it to someone else.

^^ It was brought from 4 hours away from a good friend. One of those things to count as a loss. No reason to fret. I was also disappointed by the appearance too, nice smoke though. Oh well I never bought from him again.

Never gotten shorted, yet at least, and I but a lot...usually an oz or a half at the least. Never smoke too much at a time so it lasts pretty long. I always weigh it the second I get the pickup, or bring my scale with me...I only grab from people I know well who don't mind. Small jar, tare it at zero, and pile it all in. Never got a chance to try SS though...never even seen it around my area.
