Hash Amount - Quick Question

I'm planning on using this guide http://forum.grasscity.com/recreatio...ictorials.html to make some hash within the next week or two. I'd like to make a lot, and I'm planning on using an ounce of the bud I've been getting. It's good stuff, probably would classify it as low headies if that's possible. So, 2 questions.

1. How much hash would I get from it?
2. How much hash is normally used per session(never have smoked it)?

I dont know about how much you will get but hash is really strong you wont need much i would say .2 on top of a bowl is plenty its really strong like ridonkulusly strong ive done it before and couldnt talk striaght after
