he also said she hated it. if anything it's his bad for spending that much money on something he knew his mom didn't want in her house. since when do parents have to warn their kids they'll take their weed if they find it? i wish that rule was around when i was in highschool.

I'm not going to bother entering the debate on private property rights. However, I've got to wonder, first, how your mother found out that you bought an ounce, and secondly, how you managed to hide it in a spot in which she was able to discover.

If you're going to be buying a large amount at least do it right. I used to deal out of my house when I lived at home and never once got caught. My mother hadn't the slightest idea how often I smoked, if at all, and certainly has never suspected that I was storing quarter pounds in my room.
