Best way to detox?

I'm pretty sure that the best way to detox is just to sweat it out. As an assistant tennis pro at a country club I'm outside all day sweating in the blazing sun, so I figure that's got to help me....

Now I've heard from a few people that vitamin B3 (niacin) helps your body flush out the toxins, is this true? The conversation started because we were talking about Vatimin Water, and apparently certain flavors contain niacin.

Niacin does nothing to "flush" toxins. It just boosts your metabolism A LITTLE temporarily, and in large doses makes you uncomfortable. The best way to detox is good old fashioned abstinence and exercise, if you wanna take some niacin go for it, but its not going to do that much.

no, actually, you can detox in 4 days.
go to gnc, get some "cleanser".
take 6 pills 3 times a day for 3 days.
you got that test on lock.

OR: if you have a health food store near you. i learned a trick from some rastas from lousiana. buy some burdock root, throw it in a boiling pot of water and make some tea from it. drink it twice a day for a week.

Did you try any of those methods? I've always heard the only proven way was niacin + water

so glad someone made this thread,but question theres a large amount of niacin in redbull,so technically couldn't you just drink alot of redbulls with water?

20mg of niacin per RedBull... So, no.

Unless you drink like 20 a day. So, no.

its possible you could do that, but if red bull has any sodium or fats then the niacin in it probably wont do much considering sodium and fats holds the thc longer in ur body.. i think i could b wrong tho...
but uhh i recently just got regular niacin 250mg ( a bottle of 90 capsules), and uhh today is thursday soo uhh i got them tuesday around 4, so my plan was to just take 2 pills every hour for only 3 hours but this is what i did
9:00pm- i take 2 pills
10:00pm- i take 3 pills
10:30pmish- i feel the burn until 11:10pmish
11:00pm- i take 3 pills
12:00am- i take 3 pills
1:00am- i take 4 pills
1:45am- go to sleep
total of 15 pills takin that night
then next morning around 11:00am i believe I took 3 more
12:00pm- i took 4 more
a few hours later i still did not feel any more burning but i realized i was really red, then it went away in about 2 hours.
then i did not take anymore since then.
so thats about a total of 22 if im not mistaken.
and this morning was very bad.
I went to bed last night around 12:30 and I woke up unusually early at 7:54am and I get up to go to the bathroom.
I got that light headed feeling you get when you stand up really fast, and usually it goes away within seconds but this did not and it scared me, I thought to myself that I really did not feel too good, on my way to the bathroom.
Then I get to the toilet and I'm pissing and I finished peeing, and I don't remember anyhting in between that but the next thing I know is that I'm waking up from on top of the toilet like sitting the opposite way if you were to drop a deuce haha, but i was leaning on the back of it with my head in between the toilet and the wall. Then when I was waking up I couldnt help but think where am i, and my vision was so dizzey, so i laid down for a while with my heart racing. (I was incredibly dehydrated, thats why i passed out, and probably cuz i took too many pills)
But I feel better now because I had to make myself throw up in order to let it pass. It was not pleasant. But all I know is that I better pass this test from my parents cuz im grounded for failing one and i got my license on monday and im not even allowed to drive around so i have to pass it. I better haha.
I weigh 164lbs btw if that helps anyone.


EDIT: Oh yea and I should be getting a drug test from my friend tomorrow to make sure I am clean before I get my parents to test me. I will post the results afterwards, that is if my friend isnt a jackass and unreliable like he always is.

EDIT2: haha sorry i forgot to add that you MUST drink lots of water while taking niacin, I drank a lot of water bottles except for after a few hours after I took my last dose of niacin. I still drank some water but not as much as I did when I was in the process of taking them, so it dehydrated me even more by the time I was sleeping. Pretty bad experience but luckily I got ahold of myself before it got worse, but just looking out to my fellow tokers

passed a drug test using surejel

just mix it with water
nothing else

3 hours before the test
and drink it

don't eat anything or drink anything

then when taking the piss test
assuming that's what it is

and catch your pee in mid stream
and sample him up

just drink as much water as you can and drink alot of vitamin water, gatorade, green tea and other shit that has electrolytes and antioxidants also take cranberry pills and niacin that you can get at any vitamin store

By "cleanser" I mean cleanser. It cleanses all digestive systems. Does not cause a laxative effect. There used to be a brand name for it but gnc removed it from the shelf, created their own type, and put it behind the counter.
