If not for the GC forums, I would probably still be smoking out of the cheap chinese crappy excuse for bongs sold at my local "headshop." Long story short, I bought this used 18" Roor green label straight tube for $120 from a GC member awhile back. I honestly have no idea if it's German or American, but I've always assumed from the price that it was American. Any easy way to tell?

One of my buddies broke the stock Roor bowl, so I replaced it with a pretty ghetto $30 ash catcher from my local headshop. It's impossible to clear all of the smoke from the AC, which sort of sucks.

Looks good man. I like simple bongs like that. The AC looks alright but i wouldn't worry about the smoke left in there...

Check the sides of the a/c. I had a checp one like that and was having the same problem. There might be a carb on it.

I'd be willing to bet its a Roor.US piece at that price. I think the euro green labels are a little different green and they're muchhhh thicker.

After looking at the pic again I'd say its US for sure.

looks nice but the joint weld is a little sloppy, either way great pick up for only 150.

Not doubt american.. I used to have the same tube. Dead giveaways are the signature on the left, shape of the ice pinches and that Germany dosent make forest green labels.

Its either 3.2 or 3.5mm btw.

I specifically bought an AC without a carb on it since I hate carbs on bongs, but obviously it probably would've been better if I bought one with a carb.

The liquid in the bong is 100% cran-grape juice.

I drink it all the time, and it's pretty delicious in the bong.

I'm pretty sure that green label Roor.de's are 9mm thick, and my bong is probably 3.5 or 5mm thick. I HAVE seen that forest green color from Roor.de, so I'm not really sure what to think. Oh well, either way it still rips.

Edit - Was typing while Skittles posted. Thanks for the info!
