When dealing with a vaporzier, there isnt actually supposed to be anything but mist, not the smokey stuff. If there is, turn the temp. down, because youre combusting the weed, and thats why youre not smoking it in the first place. And no wayyyy does a volcano hold multiple grams, let alone an eighth. They hold and use a pretty small amount of finely ground ganja.

I made a custom Volcano. Holds up to an eighth.

Mine also makes the vapor more dense and puts it in one bag. With the Volcano you get clearer vapor but you need to inhale several bags. You haven't lived until you've toked a super dense vapor cloud and one hit puts you on your ass.

LOL i think the fact you can see someones leg in the picture indicates that its been attempted. At least thats what the picture leads us to believe. Thats one crazy photo btw. Good find!
