Looking for some advice on first piece purchase.

A question you should ask yourself is, "Will I need to keep this hidden?". If your living with people who don't want you smoking, a bong is probably a bad choice due to the size of it. Obviously you can get a small bong, but for something small and convenient, a bubbler/pipe would work well. If I were you, I would get the yellow pages and look up local head shops. It's probably cheaper online, but you don't know the quality of the piece, or what it really looks like besides the promotional pictures they have. Good luck!

Hey everybody thanks for the all the responses. To help you guys out a bit heres a bit more info as to what kind of situation I am in regarding money, whether I need to hide it, and I guess my own clumsiness.

Firstly, I am hoping to purchase one online so I can use some money I have in a paypal account I've been holding out on using. I know I can transfer it to my bank account, but I don't feel like going through the hassle of getting my bank to accept the paypal verification, etc. The maximum I am able to spend is 138, I don't mind spending that much if it really makes the difference in the quality of the product. Obviously, since I don't have the cash materialized going to a local shop is out of the question unless I make the transfer.

Secondly, I am not in a situation where needing to hide it is an issue. I have what I like to call a "bat cave" if you will, in my closet that leads to a hidden room that no one in my home currently knows about. It is quite large so it is more than capable of hiding any size piece without fear of getting discovered. (If you were curious, its because a cabinet completely blocks the door but with some moving around, you can easily get in.)

Lastly, I am not a clumsy person in the slightest, I am not worried about breaking the piece if it is fragile. While I am not sure if I am the same way completely stoned out my mind, I do think I am capable of taking good care of it.

Size is not a big deal, nor is the kind of piece it is (bubbler, bong, etc.).

If you guys have any information on a specific piece that you yourself have experience liking, feel free to post information regarding it I could take a look at! =)
