Stems in lightbulb vape?

I tried my best to use the search function and I really didn't get any results.
I've learned how to make, how it works, and how to use a light bulb vaporizer. I've made and used one.

I know smoking stems is a no-no, but my question,

What would the results be of using a homemade light bulb
vaporizer with marijuana stems? Would it taste HORRIBLE, give you a headache, or would it still collect the THC from the stems and be mostly like vaping bud?
I'm not out or that desperate, but the time may eventually come and this spikes my curiosity.

I'd imagine you'd get a low high, since stems hardly contain any THC.

I'd just save your stems, shake them in a kief shaker and have yourself a little hash.

personally, if i was desperate i would do it. The light bulb vape lets you control how much heat you give it so just torch it for a real little while until the little trichs coating it disappear, all you should see in the way of smoke is just little wisps of vapor, after like 30 secs dump the schwaged stems and replace w. new ones but i wouldn't light it very long, just long enough to get the trichs if you torch it too long ull prob get a headache

I have done this in my vape and it has satisfied me in my time of need. boomblaze


oh and the stems i usually do it w. are headdies stems so mids stems might not work, dunno.

Thanks to everyone who gave input. I got the answer I predicted, but it's good to know. I figured that it might work, but I'm really willing to spare a headache and its very uncommon that I find myself dry enough to be put in a situation like that. Thanks again.

Sup bro I pretty much vape every day, and don't bother picking out the stems (they're not huge, just small stems). It doesn't make a difference, I never get a headache or a bad high. If they're massive stems then you're probably best to flag it, but small stems are fine.

I've done exactly what your describing- that is, stems smoked out of a lightbulb vapo, and I can tell you dead on what its like.

I had some big stems and wasn't quite up to rigging something to smoking them out of (Normally don't, but this was a pretty big stem), so I threw it in the vapo and lit up. Honestly I didn't get a headache or anything, I don't see why everyone always says they get them from smoking stems. I actually did get high, but it wasn't amazing or anything- a fairly strong buzz or a very low high, at best.

I'd say just go ahead and let loose with the vapo, dude; some people like them, some people don't. Experiment with a small one and see how it turns out for ya. If you like, then throw in some stems whenever you use your vaporizer from now on if you want. Personally, I throw in everything but the seeds with my vapo and I get stoned every time out of my mind.

It won't do anything bad except waste your time. Vaped stems don't taste like much and don't do much.

Lightbulb vapes FTL. I had one for a little, and then realized what a piece of shit it was and invested in a real vape. I reccomend that everyone does the same.


And yeah, your best bet with stems is to get the kief from them.

stems contain a low percentage of THC if you got really desperate u could crush all your stems up with a blender or a coffee grinder then drop em in so the could burn easier but it really wouldn't get you that high
