Hey grasscity
I've been smoking for about 6 month, hardly any bong use. I was wondering whats the difference between between a diffused bong and a percolated bong. In fact what do the terms mean? I apologize if this is in the wrong forum and I used the search thing but couldn't find anything.

Percolated means there are chambers in the bong in which act as filters with water.

A diffused bong just means that the down stem that goes into the bong has either holes or slits at the end to separate the smoke into different areas of water.

A bong can be diffused and percolated. Diffused at the bottom and then as many percolators in the actual tube.

Edit: Also percolators can be diffused. Some bubblers are not diffused meaning they are just one solid down stem.
