How are charges filled for pot brownies? With regular weed, its by weight, so I was wondering, are they going to weigh the brownies? That would suck because of all the extra ingredients in there but I am not sure how else they could do it.

you would first have to prove the bud is in the brownies. you can't do that on the trunk of a cop car with a scale you have to break it down, i am sure. i don't even know if you can prove there was weed in the brownies.

It is very easy for them to prove it, they send it to be tested in a lab. They do this for meth, cocaine, whatever... That is no problem...

I really doubt they'll weigh it with the other mixture. They'll probably just charge you with possesion of obviously a smaller amount (personal use). However when my buddy got busted with intent they weighed out all the bagged weed in the bags..it added a few extra grams but nothing huge. Good luck.

Some states have rules that if a substance is "cut", you get charged the same as if it was a pure substance. This could apply for brownies if they wanted to do it.

Yes, drug laws hit MJ users the most while MJ does the least damage of any drug.
