Rumor has it that the Grape Ape is a sister to Grand Daddy Purple. Supposedly they share the same pedigree: Purple Urkle x Big Bud. Although the yield is a little low this strain makes up for it in every other way. The look is awesome! When grown in an environment at least 72 degrees this lady will be completely purple-not just a little lavender here and there. She becomes so purple when grown proplerly that she is almost black! Dark purple golfball size nugs with a white sugar coating. The smell is unique too...sort of a candied, grapey, merlot smell to her. And the high is strong too. She effects the body while going to the head with an up side to the high. Too much of her and you're on the couch.
