i use to work out alot but then i could no longer smoke (waiting to hear about a job) and havent been feeling so much like workin out
i use to be able to do 100 push ups now i'm down to like 55
so smoking helps me be in better shape it defenelty makes the 3 mile hikes with a
64lbs pack go by alot easier

My schedule has been pretty fun for the past couple of weeks. Working out around 10-11pm, coming home by midnight and smoking a bowl or two. Really helps prevent any sore muscles from spawning by the morning.

exercising while high is great too, i only do about 5 sets but i can put up a fair amount more weight.

I dont do it so much now, because im still not recovered 100% in my leg, but everything else is recovered pretty well. Im in great shape however, used to lift all the time, still do occasionaly, used to fight mma, lacrosse and soccer.

All i do now for exercise is walk a lot, lots of backyard games and basketball everyday! (BBall while high in summer = the shit)

I also smoke mass cigs too, ive found that its not too noticable, i can still run etc fine, just my endurance has gone down a lil bit, but that is also due to me not running a lot as well because my leg. etc.

Overall, you can smoke and be fit, it all depends on whether you want to be fit i guess. If you do, you can work it out and make time

I run cross country at the moment it is captains practices 5 days a week. I smoke weed a lot, and I am not really sure if it is slowing me down at all, but I don't wanna quit.

I smoke about three times a day.

I work out 30 minutes every day. I have a toned body.

Working out is fun when you're stoned if you have the right music.

I wouldnt really say im in great shape anymore but im like 5'4 127, and havent lost too much muscle since I stopped lifting like w/regularity. I dont lift at all anymore (does anyone like to lift weights blazed..) still run about two miles twice a week so my metab doesnt go to shit cause im a pretty regular smoker and of course im GonGing out all day lolol

I lift every other day and run daily. I also smoke at least a gram a day. So to answer your question. Yes sir.

well it looks like you don't have to be that worried about your lungs, which is good.

I haven't exercised high yet, but that kind of worries me thinking about it, weed increases your heart rate so I wonder if the increased heart rate would have any negative effect on you?

but i think i should invest in a vape since i have asthma

I run/work-out atleast 3 times a week and usually smoke everyday, dont really notice a difference

I monitor my heart rate on rides and I can say it has little, if any, effect. It actually helps to numb the pain and lets you push yourself harder. At least, that's how i experienced it.
