are/where your parents totally oblivious to you smoking the herb?

iv been caught so many times. my parents found out a lot. my mom used to search my room under the guise of cleaning it. but i knew what she was doing. i always convinced them i stopped (mainly because i did for a few weeks) and the next time i got caught they'de say "you promised" and im like "uh, balls! i never promised you anything" but right now they dont think i do but im sure im gonna get caught soon...im overdue

I like to think my parents don't know. My mum has her suspicions but thats about it. They knew my brother smoked since he was 14 (now 27).

My parents have not a clue, & the funny thing is that my step dad smokes. But i can't bring myself to tell them, not even my step dad. It sort of bugs me that he smokes, I know i sound like a hypo.. but i dunno. It bugs me. anyway nah they don't know, i mean my step dad has caught me red eyed and talking shit a couple of times but I don't think he knows. One time i nearly ate a whole box of oreos and my mom got really suspicious but they don't know.

okay so here's the thing:

My best friend has been sleeping over my house every week since xmas vacation. And, every week we do the same thing: get some munchies, wait til the 'rents go to sleep, sneak out onto the deck - smoke, come back in giggling, eat and watch some Family Guy or a movie, then pass out in the living room.

Every week. For the past (almost) 8 months.

and Every morning the trashcan is completely full (though it was almost empty the night before) and we have bowls/dishes and several drinks lying around us.


I smoked 2 weeks prior to getting a drug test for a job last year. I told my mom i was nervous about the drug test. She asked me if i had done it, and if i did to just tell her cause she wouldn't be mad. I should have told her yes, cause I've been lying ever since.

And just last week, my friend and I snuck up to my room and smoked a bowl during our block party. everyone was inside cause it was raining. I couldn't open my window cause it's right over the deck (where my parents were) so we just blew it through a smoke-stack.

my mom smelled it, started asking my family members if they smelled it. everyone denied it. then my friends were freaking out after my mom said she had to talk to me. I guess she was just trying to "interview" me to see if I was high. cause she didn't say anything about smoking. I suppose she couldn't tell cause i was also drunk (kicked ass in some beer pong)

But the thing is, they knew my brother smoked pot when he still lived with us, but when he got kicked out (on a regular basis) it was never for weed.


also some time last year, while trying to score some cash from my mom's wallet, I found rolling papers stashed in a little hidden compartment. ??? what the fuck??


So right now I keep hinting at the fact that I do it, but never actually say it ("Would you be mad at me if I smoked pot?" reply- "if you tried it-no. but if you did it every week-yes") but how obvious of a question is that, right after she almost caught me smoking pot in her house?

haha I wish I could just be open about it and tell them like my friend did with his parents. and they're probably oblivious to it cause I'm "their little girl"

yes my parents know and they bitch about it to me often. They care that i smoke they just dont do anything about it. But i just ignore them and keep smoking!!!

Ya my parents have to know too. Once my dad had to get something out of my car and he comes back and tells me "my car smells like pot." I just said I didn't know why. Then we were smoking a joint another day outside my house right after we ate some shrooms. Then we go back for another joint and we are talking about smoking and we hear deck furniture move above us and my dad was sitting outside. Also I always have bics in my pocket that my mom finds in the wash.

Another time we got caught was we were in my friends garage smoking out of his gas mask. His parents were suppose to be gone for hours, so we smoked and then left it in the garage and went to get cigs. We were driving and get a call from his mom that the garage smells like a skunk and she knew we were smoking. So we thought she didn't see the mask. Once we got back she was like "we didn't have anything like that when I was in college."

All and all it doesnt seem like my parents care and his dont for sure so its cool.

haha. it was kinda hard for me to hide it. i grew when iwas 16 with hps/vent/thermo/ lol all in my closet.it was duringsummer though and i was only one there so i turned off ac except for 1hour before first parent got home. grew almost apound lol. they dint knoe forever and found my operation butluckily it was a week or so after 2nd harvest lol. they dint find the 450+grams hidden under my bed. ik 17 now and got another grow op setting up at my bros house. oh and i get clones from the clinics in cali

Lol, that's the exact way my Mom is. Can't hide anything without the risk of it being found within 1-2 hours.

I got caught about 5 times throughout high school for smoking and they never did anything to punish me. I always told them I would smoke a lot when I get older haha. When I turned 18 I told them that I like doing it a lot and they are like okay.

So now I have a vaporizer in my room I can use anytime and smoke most of the time. They even joke about me getting high and talk about how the bud is nowadays. They know marijuana is harmless and don't mind me doing it now that I make my own decisions.
