smoking and usage

ok so i have been smokeing almost everyday for about 3 weeks with a couple of exceptions. before that i was smoking maybe 2x a week. I have built up a pretty big tolerance so i was wondering how long of a tolerance break should i take? any help is appreciated.

slightly but not as much as i used to and id like to get that high again

maybe take a week or week and a half long break if your smoking mids, then when you jump back in the game get some fire

Sour is right, I took a 4 day tolerance break, and when I started smoking again it helped a lot. So if you take a week - week and a half break you should be good

its funny because i know the whole tolerence thing exists because there are times ive felt it, but i know 50 year old guys who have been smoking everyday since they are 15 and still only smoke one bowl to get toasted....it is just interesting to me... i dont know

I've heard from friends that have been smoking along time that they at some point started getting higher. Maybe theres some truth to reverse tolerance? Anyway long tolerance breaks are impossible for me these days
