Dropping $600+ on a bong today...need some advice

First off, good for you investing in quality.

Next, Ide say go with toro, roor, lux, ehle, DC.. elevates nice and theres a few other good ones.. stay away from illadelph tho.. their really not up to the same standard as the others i mentioned and cost just as much or more.

$530 is pretty high but not completely unheard of for that lux.. I have the same one and it cost $400 with a nice padded case. You can use 2 diffys and the other extras are pretty much preferance.



And to the people bitching about price, the OP diddnt ask what you would do with your money and you all miss the point completely. Its like arguing honda vs. porsche.. sure they both take you places.. but if moneys not really an issue, which are ya gonna buy?

you might want to test out your enviorment. If I was you I would go and buy some shitty vase roughly the same size and move it around your house each day. haha im sorry guys but forget this...that is a serious waste, and yeah ive hit roors and stuff but i would never spend that much on something like that....if you got that kinda money go find a blower and get urself a nice looking piece....i'm sorry but i am not paying 600 bucks so that it can hit GOOD, now maybe if it had a THC multiplier and got me uber ripped then we're talkin till then im toking jays ls and my 40 dollar gas station bong

Honda and porsche im sorry but shitty comparison, the fact is that much money spent on 'quality' for something like smoking weed is one of the biggest wastes ive ever heard...most of the time i hear people like my friends who buy stupid things like this bitching about how the government spends their money or how their parents do...in my opinion its a pretty dumb fucking idea to buy anything that is expensive especially if you don't have to have it...like i said im perfectly happy with my high quality bong and it cost me 40 bucks....im laughing at the guy who goes out and drops what could be rent money, money for a car, or hey money for more weed on a bong....save your money people, impulse buying is stupid...

Well thanks for the couple of helpful post. First off, I am not DEAD set on spending X amount of dollars. I am just aware of what the TOP END bongs cost, so I am prepared to spend that much. Also, I would like to invest in a quality bong, because money is really not an issue. I am fully aware that I could get a 24 inch doulbe perc bong from gorilla glass or some where else...but itll probably drag alot, it prob has thin ass glass around the downstem, and it was probably poorly made and you encounter all sorts of problems trying to repair a poorly made peice of glass. Any ways, what are some good brands that cost less? I am looking for a 24 inch percd bong. I am going to head over to the headshop tonight, and talk to them. We'll see what all they got, but I want a quality piece of glass. I enjoy smoking out of a good bong; if my only goal was to get high id just smoke out of apples and coke cans...

Yeah man.....ok lol if you want the top end, I would say get a roor black label, Ive smoked out of one many times. Its got hardly no drag, its nice, and looks sharp.

Or goto the grasscity shop, and get a molino glass bong.

Or if you wanna get super high, go get you a volcano, its not a bong, but its 550, and lemme tell ya...if you wanna get high fast, this is the method.

Well I cant really order online products, mainly because my debit card is not restricted so my parents can see all the transactions. Yea I havent ruled out roors, but none of the shops carried percd roors, only lux. I am gonna walk in with $500 and see if they can't hook me up though...

most of the people in this thread dont know about glass. Get a roor/lux or toro for sure. Money obviously isnt a factor to you and i guarantee you will like a roor/lux/toro better then some $100 piece of shit.
