I don't know why, but I always do. Last night I got blazed out of my mind and I went to bed still high around 2am and I still had a dream about this party, it was really realistic and I can't shake some of the stuff that happened haha.

Always wanted to know this. But, is it possible to wake up high from being baked the night before?

I can honestly say that I have probably the first three times I smoked (in about week intervals). I ate lunch with my family the next day and I felt so high, I thought I was going to say I'm high without realizing it. My friend took a 2-week T-break and just smoked the other day and he said he fell asleep really high and was high the next day. Unless we're placebo'd (which I honestly doubt, I was trippin), we were high the next day.

lmao how did this thread turn from lucid dreaming to waking up baked?

I dont think some of you understand the meaning of lucid dreaming...look it up.

I took a class on lucid dreaming and by the end I was able to control my lucid dreams, I was able to say "yeah let's explore my mind" one night and nah, i just want to sleep like a log" other nights. I had since lost that abiliy, but still luid dream pretty often.

I have been unable to achieve lucidity while high, unfortunately. I haven't really tried, but when I'm high I just go right to sleep and i'm out all night. It may not be possible to lucid dream while high, your brain is supposed to be clear and dormant which can't be done if there are receptors working like crazy picking up thc

The first step in lucid dreaming is to start a dream log. You can prob find a template on line, but basically you record significant events throughout the day. Then the next morning you record the detials of your dream the moment you wake up. The first step is remembering your dreams, because if you cant do that you wont even know if your having lucid dreams. Also a "trigger" helps. My trigger, which is kind of out of my control, is being scared shitless in my dream. If I am really scared or in a horrible situation, then I can normally figure out this all isnt real and I am in a dream. My dream logging helped me figure this out. Also, I havnt done this, but make a habit of flicking on and off lights when you enter a room. If you make it a habit then you might do it in a dream, and in a dream the lights wont flick on and off. You should be able to figure out your in a dream at this point. Also works with digital clocks- they cant be read in dreams, so make a habit of looking at them in your waking life. Hope this helps. I would start doing a dream log if you seriously want to lucid dream though.

I tried to explain the feeling of being able to control stuff in your dream while blazing with my tokin homies and they said i was full of shit. But after reading about the triggers and such i found out that ive had lucid dreams. I'll have to start paying attention to if it happens when im high or not, but i can only think of 2 or 3 instances where i definitly did control it
