I just picked up a RooR in the Village and know how notorious it is for fakes. I knew the signs, and went to a reputable store that supposedly is a RooR authorized dealer. They had RooR customs and all sorts of other RooR merchandise so I bought an 18" 5mm Black Label. Why I am concerned is that the artist signature is on the left side of the downstem (if you are facing the label and downstem) I thought that was the wrong way? Label is legit, and 3 prongs not 4. It also came in a RooR box and had Cali newspapers as cushioning...

I just checked my 18" beaker and the sig thing is on the left side of the downstem, same as your tube. Its legit. It also has a 3 prong icecatcher too. All my Roors do I'm pretty sure. Maybe not. The beaker is the only one not put away right now so I only checked it.

It is real. Usually you'll find fakes at tatto parlors and piercing shops.

OP, did you get it on Christopher St? I think those RooRs are fake...the dude told me that every bong was the same thickness, regardless of color. Which isn't true.

They are all fake. I purchased it at Ny Gifts:Village Best.

I guess for me the most convincing part (besides looking flawless) was it came in a RooR box, and was wrapped in in the LA Times (LA is where RooR.us are made).

The signature (the squiggly lines) on the side are what freeaked me out, cause ive never seem em on a RooR on the side of the bong that mine is. Otherwise though, the bottom is not flat like most fakes, theres no weld at the bottom like most fakes, lip looks great.
