Smoking After Shoulder Surgery
Alright, so about 12 months ago, during one of my hockey games, i dislocated my left shoulder in a little scuffle. My doctor performed a Bankart repair approx. 2.5 months ago and now my joint stability is pretty much back to normal. Im posting this now because i have been getting weird sensations in the joint everytime im high post op. Its like the humeral head is grinding on something and it "feels" like it is dislocated. Anyone experience something similar?
