Glass on Glass Bubbler Question

So I've been looking around various sites for a new Bubbler and Came across this Bubbler and Ashcatcher

BUT what I was wondering was if the ashcatcher would fit in the bubbler since the slide on the bubbler seems to ground glass

Also do you think having that big of a ashcatcher would cause the bubbler to very unbalanced ?

My bubbler is just like the first one! Good idea using ashcatchers and stuff as bowls. I'm fried I hope that made sense.

It won't work unless you get the same size glass on glass joints, which those pictured are not.

Both of those are also cheapo china glass. Not everyone has lots of money for glass, but if you can, definately save up for something like these:

see i already have a regular bubbler and double diffused bubbler

I want one with a slide so i can put a ashcatcher on it because Bubblers are a bitch to clean -_-

They look like different sized joints. There's no such thing as 'glass on glass' anyway.
