smoking and usage

So in november i got tickets for possession and paraphernalia. i got a lawyer, and i got the charges dropped if i stay away from police activity until june 10th. now, i've done my half, and i have court on the 11th. i called my lawyer about a week ago to see what i am going to need to do. and he said as of right now there's nothing to do, that he will take care of everything. but then he called me this morning and said that there is actually a new DA in our area, and that he has to talk to them about keeping the deal we had with the old DA [no police activity = dropped charges]. and he said that i might need to take a piss test. but the thing is, i've been smoking AT LEAST an 8th of dank everyday for the past 2 weeks or so [he had originally told me and my father that i wouldn't need to take a pee test].

so my advice is, what CAN i do. is it too late to just drink a shitload of water and dilute it? i don't have time, haha.
