But tghis weekend, i was at mountain jam in hunter new york and on the way in got searched mad thoroughly for some reason, and they found 4 adderall 20's, a grider, scale, bowl, and about an eigth. I'm charged with a misdemeanor for having paraphenalia, and for the pills, and just a regular upm for the pot. I've never even gotten a ticket before, and i really would like to knwo if anyones got a link they can shioot me so i can look further into what i'm dealing with, or if anyone has ever seen thgis happen befor. Thanks

Why would you bring so much stuff inside the park? I understand getting high in the parking lot or on the way there but leave your stuff in your car! Or only bring in a J or something. Not a grinder and a scale! Sheesh

I can remember when I got busted with marijauna paraphenalia on me. It's the last time I'm taking my four 8 week flowering plants in 11 litre pots to a concert again. Way too much hassle...

If its your first offense dont sweat it, if its a habit and have been busted for the samething before...get a lawyer.

Well it would have been a hundred dollar ticket, but I'm not sure now because of the scale.

First Time Offense = Slap on wrist. I got caught growing pot and i got 2 years probation.

most likely probation, very unlikely but possibilty of like a week in jail tops.

i'm on your team, man. granted, the scale and grinder might have been a bit much. but, i can't remember the last time i went to a concert without at least a 1/4, some blunts, and a bowl.

good luck with everything though. i live in new york and i know a few people who have gotten caught with shit before. my guess would be they'll put you ACOD or some stupid shit. no worries, man.

yeqh man.. I wasnt trying to bring in a fuckin j bros i'ma pot head. and the addies. i had like six for my dome peice and believe me they were hidden and conceled. Something just made them feel the need to search me hard. The scale was because the kid i was with brought a few o's and we were gonna split it up. Its not like its a one day fest, i was at the park for three days and the car was parked like more than a mile away.. I've been to many a shows and i've never had anything happen like that and i've rocked way more drugs. Just bad luck and poor decision making. I called my lawyer today, but hes gonna get back to me tommorow......

Animated signatures, avatars and profile pictures are not allowed. For text in signatures: 4 lines normal size or 8 lines small size and up to 90 characters per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed. For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size.
