okay i couldnt think of a good title haha but anyway
this thread is for those who still live with their parents for some reason, or who would just like the approval of their parents.
honestly i think every stoner who lives with their parents or even across the world from their parents would love to have parents who let them smoke
so why not have a thread with ideas on how to convince your parents to let you smoke?
a thread with facts and strategies to change their oppinions
a thread with ways to come to your parents, and say you know what i smoke, but its not that bad, and then to back that up.
their are so many people on gc so their has to be atleast 2 people with similar parents who think the same things. there has to be atleast 2 people on this site that have been in the same situation when they were caught, and atleast 2 people that can use the same strategy to get their parents approval

come on, the more posts we have in this thread the more people will be helped. im hoping that people who were caught, or who want to fess up to their parents will be able to come here, and leave with a good strategy and good enough facts to convince their parents that they should be able to smoke

Yeah dude, I told them the history of the marijuana plant and compared it to alcohol and cigarettes. I told them about vaporizors and how they can somewhat clean the marijuana. I told them the reasons it was illegal and at one point they actually laughed at how stupid some of the reasons they ban marijuana are. Give them a book on facts and myths or something that unleashes the truth behind marijuana and the propaganda that surrounds it. I found this helps.

Well both of my parents smoke and they take mine everytime they catch me.

man it depends on your age if your still a minor you have no right to smoke in your parents home period and sholdnt expect it. That is a rare occurance even if your parents smoke (I speak as a parent who smokes and lived with parents who didnt smoke but use too) If you are an adult it depends on your family it may never be acceptable behavior so you will have to sneak and use it as motivation to move out My family knows I smoke and I moved in with my mom for a year when I was 20 I had been on my own for 2 years and used to smoking when I wanted as long as I kept it in my room or outside it was no big deal.
My advice is that if you are underage and want to continue smoking leave the shit alone! Do not talk about it continue the routine no pipes, roaches ect lying around, You smell fresh at all times, your room always smells fresh or elseYou will end up dropping piss every month if your not careful!

In my experiance its better to distance yourself from marijuana in thier eyes as best as possible, never bring it up and dont let youre friends talk about it in the house. Then if youre carefull you can actually blaze in the house and they wont really suspect you of doing anything wrong as long as you dont smoke like a n00b. If you constantly make an issue out of it they are gonna suspect you're one of those darn potsmokers or somehting.
