Got court tuesday, WISH ME LUCK!

So i was at a 420 party way out in the woods, and the sherrifs somehow found this place, i mean were talking an hour out in th woods...but anyway..

They searched our car found a bowl under the seat... BIG WHOOPS on my best friends bro ..( they co-owend the car) and its all down hill from there..

They ended up taking the keys going into the trunk taking my sweet bowl.. and bubbler... and weed...and saying i was drunk and summonsing me for Internal possess of alch by minor. ( which was bs i wasnt even drinking , just baked )

I plan to contest the charges because equally they are $420.00 bucks after taxes and court fees, thats two counts paraphenalia, and I.P.A by minor, and Usuable Amount of MJ...

Im looking at well over 1600 bucks....which sucks. plus I lose my financial aid for school for a year....

anyway, PLEASE PRAY TO SOMEONE SPECIAL or just give me a GOOD LUCK, Im really gonna need it to fight jonny law...

Isn't it amazing, i never hurt no one, some a little grass and might not be able to go to school next year because I ant got that cash...

That sucks. I have somewhat of the same problem, but we're not in trouble with the cops... yet... Anyways I'll be praying for you bro, hope it turns out alright. Keep the city posted.

yeah let us know how things go and what you end up getting charged with (which, with a little luck will be nothing). if I end up smoking before tuesday, I'll light up for your luck.

How can they say you were drunk? Did they do a breathalyzer? That's pretty lame.
