brownie help

yes, i used the search feature already, and all i could find were tutorials for making the butter.

im about to make brownies with cannabutter,
and i read something about not letting the oven get over 299 even if id have to bake them longer,

no idea where i read that, and i cant find it now,
so im wondering if theres any truth to that.

from how i understand it THC starts to vaporize at 320 degrees, but it should all be in solution with oil so its not going to all vaporize when it gets close to that. technically your better off keeping it bellow 310 or so, but people have had good results with even with going considerably over.

sorry can't give you a very clear answer because i don't know. but if it was me i would extend the cooking and lower the temp a bit.

I bake the brownies at the same temperature I use on firecrackers, which is 325-350, and as far as I can tell nothing was really hurt by it, they got everyone who tried them baked as hell.
