anyhow, my favourite "stoned" game gotta be "nuclear war" on the amiga. hilarious little game. if you don't know it, you won't get it, but it was totally enjoyable when wasted

You claim so? I own everyone I play with falco, by alot too. I usually play time matches with my friends, set to 5 minutes and level on random, excluding most shitty levels. What is your strategy with samus? What combos do you like to use? Have you ever played in any tournaments? Do you know about the techniques such as L-Cancelling, wave dashing, teching, and such? Do you use them?

i wish there were tournaments that i could participate in. if they made an online smash bros, i would so buy that game, even if it cost me 200 dollars because i would have to buy another gamecube. im not QUITE sure all those things youve mentioned, but i probably do know what they are. im just not sure of your term for them. lots of people dont realize just how powerful samus' in the air kick is. if you even have 80%, this simple yet effective kick can send people flying to their off-the-screen graves

oh and i always play stock matches, usually set to 10.

Playing multiplayer tony hawks pro skater 4 with all the cheats on is so funny, slow motion with low gravity feels so weird.

How come most people play stcok matches??? I dont get it. With timed matches you win from getting as many kills as you can, and you get to see how many you get at the end. Seomtimes I get really high scores such a 13 kills and 5 deaths and the such. But ill clue you ni. Teching is when youve been hit, and instead of hitting the ground and taking a momemnt to recover, you press L right when you touch the ground and perform a roll in either direction. Wave dashing, its easier to do with some characters then it is with other. But what it is is when you jump, right before you leave the ground, you hold diagnol down in either direction an press L or R at the same time. It has to be done very fast. What it does, is instead of you performing an aerial dodge, you do a slide on the ground. The benefit of this is that while your sliding you can get past your oppenant and bheind them, because you cant be hurt while WD;ing, and right afterwards, you can do an attack with no delay. Teching is when you use L to bounce off a wall after being smashed or hit while at high percantage to avoid death.

I dont really have any experience with samus, but my falco is constantly offensive. In a 4 player ffa, i can rack up almost 2000 damage in a 5 min match and get pretty much most the kills. I have lots of little combos that are hard to get out of and my timing is just right. I wish I could play in some big tournaments too, but I probably wont be anytime soon. Have you ever been to smashboards.com? Go there and they have a lot of good topics to talk abot, and alot of cool videos. Also check out IGN.com smash bros forum.
