so he must of had prior offenses has he ever been charged with anything before?

it sounds very unreasonal that they would stick him in juvi for over a year just a possesion charge? are they getting him w/ distribution as well? even if they cought min selling with over a zip on him on his 2nd or 3rd offense he probly would only get probation and a buttload of community service

my friends mom did the same thing once but the cops showed up to his house and had to explain to his mom that they just cant walk into her house and arrest him for a little bowl (somthings about taxpayer dollars and time spent, it was a great story). his mom wanted him to have to go spend a night in jail and get charged and sentanced, the whole rap. knowing her she would have just left him

He has 4 grams on him each in a dime bag, his mom also explained to the police that he was probably selling it. so im guessing they got him for attemting to sell too but i havent talked about exactally what charges they got him for, but he did mention that he got charged for alot (he also had a tin of chewing tobbaco in his locker, maybe adding to the sentence?)(he as also at school adding to the sentence)

He could of had a chance for merely a suspension if he "named names" but he didnt, and i really respect him for that. it took real balls

You think this is bad? my fucking friend started selling his adderall because he would never take it and had bottle upon bottle of it at his house, so he took one and sold the 30 pills at school.

a day later, his mom notices that the bottle is missing, and she noticed he had money, so instead of talking to the kid, she fucking calls the school to have her son searched by a police officer. He ends up getting caught with a empty bottle and gets arrested and is now on probation.

fucking ridiculous.
