YouTube: Operation Sudden Fall

A new short film about the recent DEA drug bust at San Diego State University that resulted in almost 100 arrests, including students majoring in criminal justice and Homeland Security. The ongoing sting operation that lead to the arrests was a direct response to the death of SDSU student Shirley 'Jenny' Poliakoff from an overdose last year.

I didnt watch the video, but I read an article that someone in my fraternity sent me.

Personally I think they are fucking retarded for having all that in the house. If not only for that fact but everyone in a fraternity knows that they represent every other member of that fraternity nation wide. The fact that they put their brothers at risk really bothers me, the fact that the whole fraternity (and multiple) were associated with this really bothers me too.

That being said, they deserve to get caught for how stupid they are. This puts bad names on fraternities, just like people who do stupid shit put bad names on people who smoke weed like us. Its horse shit in my mind


I dont know what perspective this video puts on the whole thing, I only know what I read. So if my opinion conflicts with what my opinion would be had I watched this video, then whatever.

I don't understand why people who have so much in common can turn on each other. When another smoker gets caught I feel bad, not critical. I get my weed from a frat and I'm thankful for them and sad for those that get caught. Don't be an asshole, if you get caught I'll feel bad that you did. Show some compassion.


As for the topic I feel that if there is no victim there is no crime. QED
