Gotta Question

Hia folks! So, I'm a seasoned smoker, I guess. Have been tokin' it up for four or five years now. Anyway, I've never dated anybody who smoked before. None of my previous girlfriends have really had anything against it, they just chose not to. Anywho, I've been dating a girl for two months now, and she'd never smoked before and was very curious about it. (So curious in fact for about the first month after I let her know I smoked we talked about pipes, how the different shapes, sizes, designs, and styles affect how they smoked. I also tried to get her used to the idea of smoking by describing things the best I could, till one day she asked me if she could join me in a smoking session one day) Well, she smoked once with me and coughed rather badly. You know, one of those coughs you get from a huge rip that makes you feel like your gonna lose your stomach? I didn't know whether to feel bad for her or to be proud cause she hit it like a pro, and just lost on the exhale. Anywho, now for my question!

I've been looking at the different smoking devices, cause I'm in the market for one that I can say I bought. (I've got a spoon that a buddy got me for christmas one year, and have adored her ever since) Well, I've been looking for something that would hit VERY SMOOTH and EASY, allowing you to take a decent hit without too much effort or strain on the lungs. Not really for my personal gain (Although we all like a nice smooth piece), but for those less experienced friends of mine who enjoy a good toke every now and again.

So, with that said, in a breakdown I need a pipe that hits easy. It needs to be smooth, and cool enough that the unseasoned smoker would not have a problem smoking from it. A little watering of the eyes is ok, but until people learn that coughing isn't always a bad thing (And that everybody does it), they may be a little turned off from it. So, I'm trying to cut down on the possibility of anybody who smokes from my new pipe from coughing.

Well most first timers will cough no matter what they smoke out of. But I'd say go for a nice bubbler, they obviously tend to hit better/smoother because of the water filtration.

Two words. Water bong, or bubbler as some like to call it. The water will cool
off alot of the smoke so you can take a big hit, without coughing or having
that irritating red hot pain in your throat after you take a huge rip.

I've got a bubbler that I concocted. Lol, it's nothing special. I call it the "Lowe" cause I built it from stuff I got from lowes. It's a Mason Jar Drinking glass to give me a handle, and drilled holes in the top so the brass bowl fitting would screw in, then I attached a high temperature silicone hose to the bowl piece and screwed in an anodized aluminum pipe bowl. I then took a longer piece of tubing and stuck in in the opposite side of the tap to make a hookah style thing. It hits nicely, just gotting fashion a carb. It works better than expected, just gotta unscrew the bowl piece to clear it. She wants to try that, but she's debating about getting me a nice inexpensive sidecar for my 19th birthday in a few weeks. (Lol, sidecar and inexpensive= oxymoron)

But I thought about a bong, and I'm leaning towards one, any ideas for a broke college kid? I was thinking a Molino Mini Bong...just because I adore Molino Glass...
