Everyone sayin the 1st 2-3 days are bad, when I couldnt smoke for a few months the whole time was awful when it comes to sleeping.

I'd be tossing and turning all night
When I did get to sleep it wasn't deep at all, I'd wake up just as tired as I was when I went to sleep
The majority of the time I'd be sweating like crazy and wake up constantly as a result

Shit was terrible, it definitley is one of the biggest "symptoms" of not smoking, especially for regular smokers and people used to smoking before they go to sleep. I'm sure it's not that bad for everyone, mainly cuz I went from smoking every night to the point where I'd be passing out (not jus like a bowl before bed) to not being able to smoke at all.

the awesome sleep i get when i smoke is one of the reasons i keep smokin.

i used to be an insomnic like no other! i would stay up till 4 or sometimes until the sun would come up, pass out for an hour or two, then have to get up and go to school. no bueno. when i started smoking, it was like i was catching up on all my years of not sleeping. id be tokin on some white widow, hear this crazy rushing noise, and have to close my eyes. (hard to explain, but imagine it like being in a wind tunnel- that sound would last like 15 seconds, and at the time tripped me out sooo bad. now i realize that i was just REALLY baked.) soon after, id just pass out getting the most restful sleep of my life.

my fiance at the time would be like "god wtf you're wasting the high" but it wasn't wasted to a person who NEVER used to sleep.

to this day, herb keeps my insomnia at bay. ill smoke a couple hours before i need to go to sleep, hang out, chill, then when it's time to go to bed, i can actually sleep. also, when i wake up really early after a night of binge drinking (happens almost every time ) ill take a few hits, then be able to pass back out.

yeah, i feel the exact same way. i decided to save my last cookie for the next day and staying sober last night....i didnt get to sleep until 7 in the mourning, and i just woke up feeling like shit. i just ate my last cookie in hopes of a relaxing day. thanks for the info everybody, good to no im not alone.

Try doing something, some basketball, go to the park, run some errands, study some math even, you can't expect to go to sleep if your minds already been sleeping all day.

Smoking at night is awesome because you can just chill then crash. If I do it in the day, sometimes I'll take a nap. That's actually what I was just about to do
