How to pass a Urine or saliva drug test.

There are four types of tests that they perform.
I'll show you how to pass the two most common.

Urine test - This procedure usually involves you going into the bathroom
and filling up a cup with your urine. They either use a test card right then
for immediate results or send it away to a lab to get tested.

Saliva test - This can only detect toxins used 3-4 days prior.
Insurance companies and law enforcement agencies use this method most often.

Stop!
If you know you will be drug tested in the near future, it would be a very good
idea to stop using drugs. Use some common sense.

Exercise!
One of easiest ways to help with the process of detoxification is to participate
in a routine exercise program to increase the bodies metabolic rate. I would
recommend doing a 20 minute workout once a day consisting of more than
one exercise.The routine I use is pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks, and crunches.

Drink water!
Drinking water is a great way to flush out your system, you should consume
about 8 ounces per hour for 8 hours, do not drink gallons of water because drinking
tons of water is dangerous and may cause water toxemia, which can lead to death.
Also samples that are diluted too much will be rejected, so you want to drink water
but not too much.

B Vitamins!
There are several B vitamins, including thiamine (b1), riboflavin (b2), niacin (b3), etc.
B vitamins speed up your metabolism, as well as maintain healthy skin, muscle tone
and just alot of other things that are beneficial.

Food!
Potatoes, bananas, chilli peppers, tempeh, turkey, and tuna all have significant
sources of B vitamins in them, which will help promote a faster metabolism.

Myths that will not work.
Bleach - Do I really have to explain this one? Drinking bleach is poisonous. Adding bleach
to shitty home tests will help though.

Aspirin - Since when has headache medication helped speed up metabolism?

Vinegar - After suffering the taste and spending twenty-four hours on the toilet,
you still won't pass. Vinegar will change the pH of urine outside the normal body range.

Lemon juice - A plain and simple myth. Adding lemon juice will do nothing to the
sample except maybe alter the pH somewhat so that sample will be rejected at the lab.

You have to find a way to keep it warm if you're going to use someone else's piss... because they check to see if the bottle is warm or not. Strap it to your leg or in your underwear to keep it warm.

Im pretty damn sure im talking about how it dosent help at all, seeing as how im the one going to college for chemistry. Unless you are a chemist... hmm didnt think so.

It might although I highly doubt the bleach does anything, if anything you would have passed without it, but I was talking to the kids that think drinking bleach will help them pass, because on the side of the bottle, theres the little warning that says contact posion control immediately if consumed.

I'm relatively sure no one here is condoning drinking bleach.

You add the bleach to the urine AFTER it has come out of your body. Not before. And yes, it works for shitty home-tests.

haha you'd be surprised. If you do a search for bleach and drug tests, on similar websites, theres people asking how much bleach should they drink to pass. >.< !
