I pretty much fail at smoking.

I was at a concert last night in the Pit which Ive been dieing to go to for a couple months. It's a pavillion so the pit and seats are under a roof with no walls and the lawn is behind. So I wrap a blunt up in a plastic bag, stick it in my pants and get past security no problem. So we're waiting for the show to start and the opener just finished and the main act was going to come on stage in 10 minutes. I decide to light up the blunt with my buddy. We get to blaze half of it when security comes stampeding to almost the front of the pit from the back. We were pretty close to the stage so they really shoved their way up there. They start yelling, "is anyone here smoking?" Everyone is like nope. The second security dude points right at me and says, "I SAW YOU SMOKING A CIGERETTE". I dont think he even knew it was a blunt. So I try to deny it and he keeps saying he saw. He says to come with him, so they drag me all the way out of the pit but while walking I drop the lighter/half blunt walking through the crowd so they wont find anything if they try to search me. In the back they start saying how they saw me and etc. I admit that I was smoking a "cigerette" and whats wrong. They said that you cant smoke inside the pavillion and that I need to go outside. Right when they were talking I saw 3 puffs of smoke come up. Just my luck to get hassled.

Talk about a buzzkill. I pushed my way back up within 5 or so people of where I was and tried to enjoy the concert. Right when the main band came on stage there was a GIANT wind of weed sweeping the venue. I should have waited 10 minutes. Pretty fucking gay they made such a big deal out of a "cig" and Im even more pissed I dropped the blunt when I could have easily smoked up again.

Lesson: Wait til the main band comes onstage then blaze.

next time you go to a concert just wear two shirts, and if you get into trouble with security. .

dip into the crowd and take off the top layer.

I keep replaying the situation over in my head. Since he thought it was just a cigerette I should have just said, yeah I was smoking the first time he accused me so I didnt lose my good spot. I wonder if he just would have said to put it out or something. Thats whats killing me.

What pissed me off even more was right when they came on stage the dude behind me lit up a joint. I was pissed for dropping that shit even more.

Yeah, I have been to a Kottonmouth King concert where you would think smoking was chill. While the opening bands were playing a couple people lit up joints and got busted. But as soon as KMK came on, everyone lit up and security just watched. I guess it is really important to wait till everyone else is lighting up to partake in the activity

or maybe its cause it was a rediculous raggae band where everyone was openly passing blunts

What concert were you at? avril lavigne?

Note: if your not at a concert where the general population isnt smoking pot...or your at a venue where they really really care....Buy a dugout and stick with that.

this reminds me of the last big show I went to which was outlaw nation, The Expendables, and Slightly Stoopid which was about the best fucking show I've ever gone to. People hotboxing bathroom stalls; an expendables roadie gave us some shit from cali and a paper for free! (thanks a ton dude you really made our night!) Rolled it in an afformentioned hotboxed bathroom stall, smoked with friends as others enjoyed the herb and tunes. Such a great feeling over the whole place and by this time the security gave up hahaha. This was in Chicago at the house of blues by the way, march 20th or 21st I believe

Yeah true that, I wonder if KMK had anything to do with that? Like we're not going to play if you arrest people for getting high while we play or something like that. That'd be dope.
