what really does those 3 categories mean.
i already googled it to not look like a complete idiout on this site but yaa lol
im a noob
can anyone help

and when ppl say body high and head high what is the difference and what different stuff does that

Those 3 refer to the 3 types of marijuana that is generally sold. Hybrid being a mix of sativa and indica with either being equal or in dominant ratios. Sativa and indica are different in high and effect, usually significantly when talking about specific effects.

Indica High- Gives a feeling of having all your energy completely drained, leaving you tired and
relaxed. Referred to as the "couch lock high" or "body high" because you can sit in front of the tv
for hours starring off into space.

Sativa High-Gives a very energetic, head based, almost psychedelic high.
Creativity with art and/or music can be experienced as it stimulates brain activity.

Hybrid High- A combination of both highs which are relative to strain ratio,
mostly you get the best of both worlds with a hybrid, a little body high and a little head high.
