ive only hit about three times but i never felt high once

Try inhaling it all followed by a quick breath ensure all of the smoke got in, hold it in for a few seconds, then exhale.

Most likely he has cannabinoid receptors, the majority of us do and I'm sure only a tiny amount don't lol, chances are you're just not inhaling properly.

The reason why people don't get high the first time are:
1) They don't inhale properly
2) They smoke a little/shitty weed and get a little buzz but don't know its "high"
