Is good bud really worth the $$?

I've only bought shwag, I was looking to buy some better stuff, but it's 20-25 dollars a gram when I usually pay 50 for an ounce of shwag. So I was wondering, is it really worth it?

First of all, headies last alot longer than schwag, since it only takes a little to get you high. Overall, the high of good bud is more of a head high than a body high, better taste, better odor, and much better quality in general. You don't really know until you try it.

You'll get different answers no matter where you ask. I've run into 2 schools of thought on the subject.

A. I'm too old to want to mess with crap bud, and I make enough money to justify it.

or

B. I'm not Snoop Dogg, I don't need to smoke like him, and I sure don't make the money he does. Shwag gets me high enough, maybe not AS high, but good enough.

around here it's quite common to be paying 20+/gram for some REALLY good stuff. as far as i've known it's usually worth it, the high is MUCH better from headies/dank than it is from schwag, and you don't have to smoke NEARLY as much.

Think of it this way.

Dank smells better, looks better, taste better, is more appreciated and lasts WAY longer since you use way less to get you higher. For schwaggerty, I'll blow through like 4 bowls to get lifted, wheras a half bowl of dank gets me right.

Depending on how much you smoke and how much you can afford, sometimes in the long run it can be like the same price. Cuz if you just wanna get fucked up get the good shit but if you just wanna get a slight high and just chill just buy the cheap shit. sometimes you may want both. If you got the extra money just try it and see if you like it. If you can get some and if you can afford it you should try some purple haze. That shit is my favorite.

There is no true existent Purple Haze left, only some crosses and hybrids, so I highly doubt that you have, and can get your hands on some.

I like to think of it like this- You can go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients to make a meal, or you can go out to eat and grab something. The first option might be a bit cheaper, but they'll both fill you up. When you eat out, you're paying for 1. Convenience 2. Flavor 3. Quality of ingredients. You're paying the premium for good food.

.2 of some funk is going to get you as high as a fat blunt of schwag. AS high, not a comparable high. Beyond that, its a much cleaner "heady" high, with less burnout. Plus you get to stare at the best example of the worlds perfect plant. Thats really what you're paying for.

i deal with so much shwag here and i know if i could get a bag of dank for 50 or an ouine of shwag for 50 id take the shwg unless its helllllllllla dirt weed tho, if i had 100 id get botha and smoke all the shwag then hit up the dank! but thats jsut me

Just simply get an ounce of schwagg and a half ounce of dank/headie and use the schwagg as your maine smoke and then to intensify your high hit like a .2 of the dank nugget and you should be on your ass.

I usually get a QP of some high mids/beasters for 450 from my uncle and then go grab 2 zips of some dank and it last me a great while...this cost me a little under 1000 bucks but last me awhile. Im spending money either way bulks just cheaper so i do it that way.

Yes and no.

It's always great to e able to pick up some bomb ass bud and smoke just a little bit and get fucking blasted, but it will go fast, and then you'll be left with a memory, no money, and no weed.

On the other hand if you get some mersh you can smoke a shitload of weed, and you'll still get pretty high, you may have to smoke a few more bowls, but you will get lit none the less. Sucks because you need to smoke more to get same effect, but you have alot to spare.

It really depends on what the situation is though, are you looking to sell bud or just for yourself. Are you going to be smoking with friends, or alone, and will the friends throw down? If you're planning on going someplace, a party, or something then the mersh is a good idea because you'll have more. If you're just planning on getting high by youself, the dank might be the way to go.

I may be a dick, but if Im going somewhere to smoke with people that im not uber close to, Ill only bring mids to smoke, if its some of my best homies or my girl though I bring out the med grade shit. I don't dont want to smoke out people wiht 50-60 dollar an 8th shit unless they actually mean something to me.
