yeaa fuck FL man i moved from NY a couple years ago and of course after i move NY partially decriminlized weed where if you're caught with 25 grams or less its just like a traffic ticket the first 2-3 times, and then i come down here and its a fuckin felony, somethings seriously wrong in this state and country where it can be such different consequences in different states for the same fuckin thing

25 g or less (first offense) $100 fine
25 g or less (second offense) $200 fine
25 g or less (3rd offense) $250 fine
2 oz or less (misdemeanor) 3 months in jail and a $500 fine
2 to 8 oz (class A misdemeanor) 1 year and a $1,000 fine
8 to 16 oz (first felony) 1-4 years in jail.

So you can get caught up to three times without getting jail time if its under 25 grams.
and it only becomes a felony when you get caught with more than 8 ounces.

Here in CA all possession is a misdemeanor, except after 1 oz you can be arrested and face jail time/heavier fine. Oh, and they will throw your ass in jail for "concentrated" cannabis and charge you with a felony.

Dude you think that's bad? If you get 2 posession tickets in Wisconsin the second one is a felony, no matter how much it is. It could be 1 gram. In fact you're second one doesn't even have to be weed, ANY controlled substance and you get a felony if you already have gotten a possession ticket.
