How hard is it to START a T-break?

So I've only been smoking since September of 07 yet I jumped into the big leagues right away. I am in desperate need of a T break but I honestly like smoking too much to pass it up. I have had 2 forced tolerance breaks due to going on vacation (one which was 11 days) that worked wonderfully.

After getting back from vacation for 11 days, my ex gf and I both packed our small one hitters and smoked. We felt like such a fucking pussies after smoking the one hitters. I was soooo ripped it was almost too intense especially since I had to drive back not knowing directions. The funny thing is that we would do bong loads all day to the dome and now all of a sudden a shitty little one hitter has got me all silly.

My question is how long is the shortest yet most effective ammount of time for a tollerance break? I

'm getting sick of buying 8ths of heads then having people come over and smoke with me and they get all fucked up and Im just like "mehhhh".

True. Even just something as short as waiting a few hours after I wake up after blazing all day the day before can get me noticeably higher.

However, for a full on T-break I'd say about a week is about as good as it gets for me. There are plenty of people who will disagree, but this is just from my personal experience. Anything much after a week is not very noticeable for me.

As far as how hard it is, it depends. If you've got a generally boring life and have become accustomed to staying high all day every day, then you're definitely going to want to smoke. Just remember that your appetite will come back as well as your ability to sleep. It just takes time (and/or downers, if that's what you're into. )

I only smoke and night and work out and run alot. I run 3 miles every other day, and between walking to class and stuff I probably average 12 miles a week or something, plus lifting and kung fu, and I keep about the right level. Otherwise try to smoke every other day. A combination of the two, like smoke monday, work out tuesday and not smoke, smoke wednesday will really effect your tolerance.

A lot of people think it takes a very long time, I'm not really a big big toker but I do smoke daily if not every other day. I don't get stoned everyday but I do love to kill any stress. I stopped smoking for 3 days and when I lit up again it was great. Just take a 5 day break, honestly if you can't stop smoking that means you need to quit all togher. Just simply put the baggie away for a few days.

i couldnt smoke becassue i got caught and had to pass a drug test to beable to chill.....so i took a t-break for 2 weeks....the 1st 3 days are like a crack withdrawal then after that its like u dont even need weed......then once u chill with people who are smoking u always have to aswell so u get hooked on teh ganj again.......



also drugs tests are the easiest thing to pass.....if there not watching u just fill the cup up like 7/8 with tap water then dribble like 2 drops of piss for color....if they are watching dip hands in bleach...dry it...then while pissing in cup just piss on fingers and bleach will run in...raise the PH...and u alwasy pass.....if they send it to a lab ur fucked tho

Try different buds my dude...I get a variety now and then. get an 8th of 3 diff nugs and switch it mix it up do whatever it will help.

Im getting a HP tomorrow a QP is D 2 oz of purp and some other no name head nugget. Cant wait cuz im seriously about to be out of nug i just got tax refund check.

ive be on a break for a week due to a drug test...i was tearing through sacs of mids up at school like it was no ones business, i was starting to lose weight, appetite, etc. after a week I have put on 5 lbs, enjoy working out again, and I feel more energized. I think after this tbreak I will look at blazing in a whole new light.

starting a tbreak is extremely difficult, but once you get going its not bad and for most people could probably do a lot of good. IMO

I would die to be blazing right now though but once I get through this test I am going to treat it more as a hobby instead of a lifestyle.

I was beginning to realize that I couldn't accomplish simple things in life if I wasn't high.

Smoking pot should be an uplifting experience and not something you let take over your life.
