About how long does it take to accumulate a decent amount of kief by just grinding up good quality weed for regular use? Thanks in advance.

i get a half oz every two weeks and usually when i only have a couple bowl packs left i'll have enough kief to top off like 3-4 bowls...but usually i let it accumulate for a few months and then make it into hash using the method in the sticky "6 ways to make hash" where you put in a little plastic bag with a few drops of water and stick it in the microwave and then compress it...def worth it and takes no more then 15 min to do

depends on the kind of bud that's going in the grinder, obviously. with heads, after you go through an 1/8th with your grinder you should have a small bowl pack of kief.

With most bud I get you can't see the metal through the kief anymore after 2 days of use, sometimes 3 if the bud isnt as good.

If your looking to get the most keif possible, put your bud and grinder in the freezer for while before grinding. Also putting a quarter in the middle compartment will help a bunch too. You will get lowered quality tho. Make sure your bud is good and dry before kiefing...enjoy!

I just got a grinder.

I've ground up about a quarter of some mids and I have enough to top off 1-2 bowls.

You all sound like you dont get much I have a friend usually keeps most of his weed in his grinder as the stash spot and ALWAYS has tonsss of kief. I mean we topped off every bowl we smoked together with kief. Through a nickel in there also to keep it movin when it's in your pocket or whatever.
