Healthy Munchies
Right now, I cannot lie. Grasscity, I have the munchies. Bad. But as of the last few days I've been eating up everything and now I feel pretty bad for eating all of that junk. So let's share some healthy munchie recommendations so we all don't get fat
![]() I'm going to make some smoothies.

dude some baby carrots/raw broccoli and dressing (usually ranch...or get a spinach or artichoke dip or something..also good with pumpernickel bread)
chips and salsa (salsa is one of the healthiest snacks you can have...get some healthy chips to eat it with and you're all good...regular tortilla ain't bad tho either) bananas...people either love them or hate them....i happen to love them....they give you energy and are all around great for you...best when they are all yellow with some brown specs and maybe a few brown lines on them....if there's ANY green, wait a little longer for maximum taste and health benefits oranges...not many things are better than a nice juicy orange wheat/grain pita bread or pita chips and hummus....also, i kno it sounds weird but trust me on this one...Cucumber and Hummus sandwich...i swear it's good...stoner to stoner one of my favorites: slice some fresh tomato and onions...get some fresh mozzarella, put them all in a bowl with some balsamic vinaigrette....blazin hope that helps...i know you probably have little, if any, of these things in your place but it's just stuff to have in mind next time you go to the store or something

More vitamin C than an orange.. i happen to love them, raw or w/e If you like hot stuff, chop up a bunch of healthy stuff and make a pizza. Always great cant think of any more right now..

Fruits and veggies are always a good choice. I like to cook a lot of my own stuff when I'm blazed. I can mix together whatever I want and get food that's made exactly the way I want it, and it's a lot healthier than hitting up McDonald's or something.

buy a 6 pack of some drink that comes in glass bottles with a screw on cap, drink that shit then brew some tea (1 bag per bottle) in a big pot then pour that shit in and leave it in the fridge.
i personally don't sweeten my iced tea but if you do then buy some stevia plants and just throw like 10 leaves in each time you brew.

![]() my suggestion for a healthy salad would be some grilled chicken (not breaded), cucumber, tomato, chopped peanuts, and some fat free honey dijon dressing (i say honey dijon because, in my experience, the fat free version is the best tasting in comparison to the non-fat free, compared to other dressings like fat-free ranch) also one more thing i thought of is Guacamole...especially if you make it yourself (2 avocados [an avocado is ripe when the color is a dark green and it's not rock hard but not soft enough where you pick it up and your fingers push it in...apply light pressure and it should give a little], diced tomatoes and onions, and a little lemon juice...best if made by hand and not with a food processor so it's nice and chunky....enjoy)....avocados are one of the healthiest foods you can eat edit: also, try not to eat anything 2-3 hours before you go to bed....i know this is hard, it took me a while to start doing, and i still don't do it every night, but it's really good for your body (try building it up..one night dont eat for at least 45 mintues before bed...next night and hour..next and hour and 45...etc...it will get easier, even when you smoke....and if you HAVE to eat something, as I feel sometimes after i smoke at night, keep fruit around, oranges and apples...and if you dont have that, drink a bottle of water)....and when you wake up drink a whole bottle of water (1 pint or one polant spring bottle)...it will boost your metabolism...pair that with eating at least 5 times a day (3 decently big meals and at least 2 snacks...keeping health in mind...lot of fruits and veggies) and your metabolism will get much faster, hence allowing you to enjoy more junk food when you really crave it drink a shit load of water every day and you will find your metabolism increasing (some recommend a gallon, i say at least 5 bottles and you're good)....water will make you feel better in every way
