quick question
i know this has probably been asked before, but i couldn't find it because i'm ripped out of my mind. can an 18.8 downstem (roor) fit in a 19 mil bong (headshop). and can a 14.5 " " fit in a 14 " " ?
i feel like 2 mm won't make a substantial difference on the 18.8 but i have no idea
