well there is artifax on cottman ave in phila, who have a nice selection of stuff, small place but what do you want for a shop thats over 30 years old and serving over 2 million people. Also i forget where Wonderland is in phila. thats another nice shop, ( only 2 in phila). In Bethlehem/Allentown there is a shop called Primal Expressions. Its on New Street i believe, they have a great selection of both heddies pieces along with RooR illadelph and other name brand tools. Hope this helps!

The best head shop I have been to is called Utopia in Easton. It has everything you need, Illadelph's, Roors, etc.

I HIGHLY recommend you go there.

frolic is by far the best i go to the one on newark [de] main street. its smaller but its really nice and friendly. they got everything u need and they are always high too which is quite funny cuz they leave signs on the door like "running to bank be back in 10 minutes". meanwhile u can see smoke billowing out of the vent on the top of the roof. imo though go to wallyworld or frolic
