Do I need a permit of some kind to sell bongs?

Long story short, somebody i know is trying to sell me like 120 bongs cheap as hell. I could make a shitload of money if i could sell them At like a flea market or something like that, But idk if id need a permit to sell bongs, anyone know?

honestly, if you're selling these at a flea market, just put up a sign that says for tobacco use only, and a sign that says 18 and older only, and you should be fine. then again, i'm not a legal wiz.

This happened at spencers gifts. Spencers was selling bongs, for "tabacco use only". An undercover cop went into the store and was talking to the guy and said "I need a bong to smoke weed", the guy sold him a bong, got arrested, and the store got in big trouble.

Bottom line, you have to say its for tabacco use only (otherwise it paraphenalia), make sure no one under the age of 18 buys one (card them), and also make sure no sneaky cop tricks you into saying/agrreing its for weed

As far as I know you don't need any sort of permit for selling bongs or pipes. Especially if you're only going to be going to flea markets, just their vendor pass that you pay them for but whatever. Like everyone else has been saying, just put up a sign that says 18+ and Tobacco Use Only and stick to it. No pot!

It's not legal to sell bongs, they call them water pipes and you can't say they're for weed.
