Question About the Pricing of an Ounce

What do you consider a fair discount when your buying an ounce?

Like let's say your buying stuff that cost $15 a gram how much do you think that same stuff should be for an ounce? So I'm going to list a few common prices, you tell me how much you think an ounce of it should cost.

Grams to Ounce
$10 a gram -
$15 a gram -
$20 a gram -

Eighths to Ounce
$35 an eighth -
$40 an eighth -
$45 an eighth -
$50 an eighth -
$60 an eighth -
$70 an eighth -

Quarters to Ounce
$70 a quarter -
$90 a quarter -
$100 a quarter -
$125 a quarter -

Extra Credit: Convert the above prices to Quarter Pounds and Pounds.

well one of the problems with that is that if you buy from some one who sells by grams then it's likely that that person only buys an ounce at a time, so wouldn't want to sell you 1. but ill give it a go
g to 0
10 - 150
15 - 225
20 - 300
8 to 0
35 - 175
40 - 200
45 - 225
50 - 250
60 - 300
70 - 350
quaters to o
70 - 210
90 - 270
100 - 300
125 - 375

These should all be taken with a grain of salt, because it always depends. almost no one will buy an eighth for more than 70 and not many even do it for that, so it's easily plausible that if it's being sold at that price it could cost much more than what I stated per o

Alright, thanks for the help. I was thinking of how some people make sell their eighths for more than other people but still sell their ounces for less.

they probably just don't like selling in small amounts like eighths.

A very approximate rule of thumb that I use is if the O price divided by 28 comes out to about half (or less) of what I'd be paying for a single gram then it's straight.

So $10 a gram = $140
$15 = $210
$20 = $280

I don't know dude, stuff that usually goes for $15 a gram usually goes for more than $210 an ounce.
