down stem trouble

i recently picked up a cheap down stem and with a carbide dremel tip, diffused the shit out of it. i got about 10 holes in it and got greedy and cracked it clean. now my question is, readers, should i glue the glass back with a powerful 2 part apoxy. the downstem is still functional and has a few holes below water level but id like the rest i took the time to make
and i can really tell the diff my homemade hits so smooth now

you could, but i always had a thing against using glue on down stems. if not pick up another and u know what to watch for when u do the next one.

does everyone feel this way? its good glue and this first slide bowl pretty much.. it replaced a shitty metal bowl. my bong is a glass on glass diffused wisers 26er bottle hah.

clearly we share different perspectives. i just glued and letting it sit over night. i could spend 20$ on another one or use this one i got for free and smoke an 1/8 through it ill save. if it works good ill post pics of my piece maybe

haha idk if aanyone cares but i took some pics of my homemade for those who appreciate such bong genre. im extremly baked after smoking it, the downstem i glued works really well and i like it alot. here are some pix! they are shitty from my dell built in webcam but you get the idea

this is the downstem that gave me so much trouble.. you cant see all the holes i drilled in it because of the poor quality cam but there are about 10
