Question: Using Leaves To Roll...

Once again after toking up, I got to pondering the mysteries of the universe and this is what I came up with this time:

How come people don't roll joints with the leaves of their cannabis plant? Ya know, like how cigars are rolled with giant tobacco leaves.

I guess this option would only really be available to those who grow, but still it seems like a good idea. Its easier than making hash and you'd save money on buying rolling papers.

Why not take the leaves off your male plants and the leaves that you trim off your female plants and lay them on something like wax paper and paint them with honey or something then dry them out somehow so you could store them. Or maybe dry them out first and then paint them. Anyway in the end you'd have a decent sized sheet of cannabis leaves that you could roll a joint with.

What do you think? Would this idea not work? I've never heard of anyone doing it.

I know some peole who roll with leaves, they call 'em greenies, although i never smoked one i bet they're pretty sweet. When my leaves get big enough i'm gonna try it.

I've always wanted to try that. I saw somewhere on the internet was telling how to do it. It said you should get a thai stick and and untie the buds from the bamboo. Then wrap with leaves and tie it. Let it dry. Untie the the string around the leaves and add more leaves. Then tie again. After you do that several times you can pull the bamboo stick out of the middle and have like a pot cigar. Let it cure for a few weeks/months/however long you can wait and smoke! I also want to try just rolling a little j with some pot leaves.

I've heard of it being done before. They use hemp oil to get the leaves to stick together, and roll it up like a cannabis cigar when they dry... I'd love to blaze one with some crazy headies in it *drools*

DAMN, i used to have a website bookmarked that described the whole process of making a TRUE marijuana cigar using the leaves and then rolling the bud in the middle

Now i cannot seem to find it anywhere. I knew it would have come in handy to have it someday....wonder why i deleted it

ive got a site bookmarked on my laptop with instructions on how to roll anything and everything, though u beat me to it with that cigar link ;P

yea they use hash oil to make the leaves stick so smoking that blunt would give you an extra kick
